More than a dozen homes and businesses, along with 17 cars, were destroyed, police said. "It looks like a war zone, doesn't it?" said Joseph Horn, deputy chief of the Brownsville Fire Department, as he directed a pair of firetrucks sent to help control the fire. （略）
